Ryley Ellis, LSW

Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist

Ryley Ellis is a Licensed Social Worker, receiving her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University with a concentration in Violence Against Women and Children. With more than eight years of experience, Ryley has had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and families through both school-based and community settings. Her experience includes supporting youth with developmental disabilities, as well as helping young people and their families navigate challenges such as stress, trauma, family conflict, behavioral concerns, and crises.

Ryley’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and guided by a trauma-informed perspective. She strives to meet youth where they are, recognizing their individual strengths while helping them develop the tools and confidence needed to overcome obstacles and navigate life's challenges. Ryley's goal is to create a safe and supportive space where young people can learn healthy coping skills, build resilience, and feel empowered to reach their fullest potential.

One of the most meaningful parts of her work is having the opportunity to walk alongside youth and teens during some of the most important years of their lives. Watching them grow in confidence, develop healthier ways of coping, strengthen their relationships, and discover their own strengths is incredibly rewarding to Ryley. By partnering with youth and their families, Ryley strives to support positive growth, emotional well-being, and lasting change.
