Lorecel Tapia is a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey and New York. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, New York. Lorecel has knowledge and skills in various modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She has been utilizing these techniques to provide therapeutic interventions to people from all ages and backgrounds. Lorecel has eight plus years of experience working with those who were diagnosed with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, anger issues, ADHD, personality disorders, and PTSD. Lorecel believes empowering and inspiring her clients creates the confidence and motivation they need to heal, thrive and overcome their struggles. Lorecel aspires to guide and support her clients to live a purposeful, meaningful and joyful life.
