Jacquona Blackwell, LSW

Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist

Jacquona Blackwell is a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating family conflict, custody and visitation challenges, and major life transitions. She has extensive experience working with youth and families involved in the child welfare system and understands the complexity these situations can bring.

Jacquona’s approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, with a focus on meeting clients where they are and helping them take small, realistic steps toward meaningful change. She works collaboratively with youth and families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and build stability in daily functioning.

Jacquona supports clients experiencing family conflict, co-parenting challenges, and parent-child relationship difficulties, as well as youth adjusting to separation or significant family changes. Her goal is to provide a supportive, structured space where clients feel heard while being guided toward practical solutions and growth.
