Aryaki Dixit is an intern at A Freeman’s Place Counseling with a strong foundation in psychology and behavioral health. She has a degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Seton Hall University. Aryaki has completed coursework in abnormal psychology, child and adolescent development, and drugs and human behavior. Aryaki has experience working with children with autism, as well as teens and adults navigating mental health challenges, substance use, and stress-related life transitions.

Her clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Attachment Theory, offering clients both practical strategies and deeper emotional insight. She specializes in helping individuals enhance their communication, strengthen coping skills, and gain a deeper understanding of their behavioral and emotional patterns. Aryaki is also trained in crisis counseling and has supported teens in recovery, creating a safe, structured space for healing and growth. She is passionate about empowering clients to build emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
